I struggled with my weight for many years. I would start a diet and working out and get discouraged and quit. I would lose weight and gain it all back and more. I would over eat to try to make myself happy. Food was my happy place. I would eat when I was stressed. Food was my comfort for all things bothering me. I was unhappy being overweight. I lacked self-confidence. I hated wearing bagging clothes. I always wanted to lose weight but did not have the motivation and determination to see it through. I would get tired easily and had a hard time keeping up with my kids and getting things done around the house. Food was always my reward at the end of the day. I tired the different diet plans. One day about a year and half ago I made up my mind I was going to do this. I took me about a year to get the weight off. But I lost 120 pounds.

It took a lot of work and determination. But I did it. I lost 120 pounds. I went from a size 20 to a size 8. I wanted to do this blog/website to encourage others that you can do it too..

Losing weight can be challenging. But you can do it. If you don't give up you can be successful. It is one day at a time. This is a lifestyle change not a diet. You have to make good food choices and be active. You have to change your mindset that you want to healthy and then work at it.
