Maintaining my weight is a day to day priority and sometimes struggle. I have to too be disciplined. I can not relax on myself. In years past, I would lose weight and gain back more weight. Usually within a few months of losing it. I have maintained my weight loss this time for over 2 years. I am very proud of myself. You have to find what works for you. There are days I do not want to go to the gym and workout, but I make myself. I try to get myself excited about working out. I always feel better after I work out. I want to maintain my weight loss so going to the gym is required. Find what works for you.
