Calorie intake

I set myself a specific daily calorie intake. I planned my meals around that specific goal of calorie intake. My calorie intake goal was the same every day. Once in a while I would allow make to have an extra pleasure food. I tried to be diligent in keeping to that calorie intake. I used the app Lose It. Its free unless you add extra stuff to it. I would log in the food I ate right after I finished eating. Sometimes you don’t realize all the extra snacks you eat. I always tried to do to right away so I did not forget what I ate. I also bought a scale to weight the meat I prepared. You don’t realize how many ounces some of these thing’s weigh. In the Lose It app you can count your calories and put your weight in it so you can keep track of your weight loss. That app really helped me stick to my calorie count.
