I am very selective with about which fast food restaurants I eat at. When losing the weight, I would eat get a salad at Wendy’s, Panera or Chick-Fil-a. But only occasionally. I now will eat at Chipotle also. I just try to stay within my set calorie intake. I will look at the calories for whatever I am buying. Again, it comes down to planning. If going out to eat, I will look at the menu prior to going so I know what to order when I get there. This helps me make good choices. You definitely want to enjoy what you eat, and you need to allow yourself some treats. It is your journey and you need to set the limits you can live with.
