Working out is a key factor in losing weight. I usually go to Planet Fitness wo workout. I counted my calories, but I would not have been successful if I did not workout. You must start where you are at. Don’t be hard on yourself. Take each day as it comes. I set goals for myself and after I achieved that goal, I set another goal. Make your goals achievable and obtainable. Enjoy your successes. Weight loss takes time. And it takes hard work and dedication. You will feel so much better after you are healthy. If you have an unhealthy eating day, don’t let it discourage you. Each day is a new day. You must allow yourself to enjoy food and treat yourself. This is your journey, and you must complete it in a way that you can be successful. Set your first goal and start working towards it.
