I have maintained my weight loss now for over 2 years. There have been struggles along the way but it has been worth it. I like how I feel. I am more confident, and I have more energy. I plan to continue this journey. Every day is a new day. Even if I have a day that I did not make good food choices, the next day I just try to get back on track.
