Steps In

The Lose it and Pedometer are important for me in keeping track of my steps and calorie intake. I try to get 10,000 steps a day. I recently hurt my arm and I have not been able to work out for a few weeks. So, getting my steps in has been important. I am trying to remain as active as I can but I do miss working out. Even if it is just going to the store or mall and walking around. It is encouraging at the end of the day when I can see how many steps I got in.
