weighting yourself

When I was actively trying to lose weight, I weighted myself every day. I wanted to hold myself accountable. It also showed me if what I was doing was helping or not. It helped me adjust my weight lose plan. As I lost weight it gave the encouragement I needed to continue. If I plateaued I would try to do something different with my work outs. You have to keep pushing through those moments. The weight will start coming off again. It is easy to get discourage, but you have to persevere. I still weigh myself every few days to make sure I am staying on target. I know I can easily regain the weight if I don’t hold myself accountable. You have to form a plan of how you want to be successful.
